Services

Our company provides transport to those services covered by Medica under your specific medical program. We provide transportation to the closest medical provider that offers the type of service you need. We cannot transport to services not covered under the program indicated on your card.

Typical transportation services which we transport to include:

• Physicians
• Dentists
• Outpatient Clinics
• Inpatient Hospitals
• Urgency Care Clinics
• Churches
• Casino
• Adult Day programs

Eligibility

If you have a current Medica card that is used to pay for your medical services and you have no way to get to your medical care, you may be eligible for Medical Transportation. If you are eligible for our services, we will provide you with transportation to your medical appointments at no cost to you. If you have a Personal Care Attendant, we will also transport them with you.
